“I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and I’ve only ever gotten a room on the first floor, which is kind of like the basement although there is access to the parking lot I guess the property is built into the side of a hill if that makes any sense. Anyway, this time my room was quite obviously updated compared to the last few times I stayed so I don’t know if they’re going room by room or what but this room was refurbished in the last year or two is my guess. All in all I had a good rest……

“Here’s a clear and polite review you can paste: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, we found used towels left in the bathroom, which made us question the cleanliness of the room. This was not the standard we expected. I hope the management improves their housekeeping to ensure a better experience for future guests.”

A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership.
