Great hotel and great location! The beach is very good for kids! The pool area should be includes in the price though (or at least be less then 10 euro..). Very good breakfast and friendly staff!

The hotel is placed right next to the beach and has a parking lot included which was great since we were travelling with car. The rooms were very functional, a little bit worn down, but clean and tidy. The restaurant is amongst the top in the area, great food and service. The staff offers great service and is very helpful with a personal touch. Excellent service and great value for money. I can gladly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Not much working here

Air conditioning did not work. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Beach towels you had to pay for everyday. Staff was either ignorant or did not speak English. Some were even rude. Many restrictions on what to do or what not to do. One out of two elevators broken. All in all a mediocre experience. Location on the beach was great!

Ok stay. Be aware pool cost 10€/day and you need to guard your sunbed at 10:30 every day or you risk loosing it although you’ve paid. Breakfast ok/good. Note that Durres don’t have same service level as I’m used to from other places in the Mediterranean area. They have some good wines but all restaurants we tried are not used to serving or knowledge is so-so. And red wine is served warm😁😉

Family stay seven days

Nice hotell by the beach, great view from balcony. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Can recommend it. We would probably used the pool if it was cheaper, 10 euros per person a day is to pricey.

Clean. Right on the beach. Good food. No all-inclusive option which is exploitedby the hotel: the pool is an extra charge! €10 per person per day!! Hence it was empty mostly.

Durres

The most expensive hotel on our 6 day trip , the worst split unit Air conditioner above the bed. Extra payment needed for swimming pool and beach , but both poor. Breakfast ok, staff helpful , but would not advise to stay at this hotel. Much better near this hotel and near on the same beach.

Good stay overall

Great location, awesome staff and the rooms are good. The downside is that there's no phone in the room so when i need something i have to go downstairs to tell them what i need. No shower curtain in the tub so the floor is slippery after a shower. No mirror and trash bin in the room, only in the bathroom.

Fint hotel men ikke den bedste service

Fin beliggenhed i forhold til privatstrand. Morgenmadsbuffetten er også fin, der er lidt af hvert. Vi var dog ikke så tilfredse med den service vi fik. Vi var 3 personer og havde kun fået et lagen og 2 håndklæder. Da vi spurgte om vi kunne få et ekstra lagen og håndklæde fik vi først et nej. En anden af os gik ned igen og sagde at det altså var nødvendigt eftersom vi skulle være der i 3 dage og efter at have brokket os længe nok, fik vi endelig et.

Das Hotel war soweit ok, geht aber auf Wünsche (wollte zb eine Nachttischlampe) nicht ein. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, in einem ging die Klimaanlage nicht. Frühstück kaum Auswahl. Strandsituarion war grauenhaft. Bin Frühaufsteher, hatte aber nie Gelegenheit vorne zu liegen, weil der Zuständige Geld annahm um von vornherein Liegen zu reservieren. Strand vollkommen überfüllt und leider dreckig.
