Quattro stelle che però dovrebbe essere un tre stelle. Colazione deludente per gli italiani , improntata parecchio per est e nord europa, pulizie discutibili: una volta appositamente ho lasciato una saponetta usata sul bidet, è stata tolta senza pulire il resto solo le rubinetterie. Ho fatto presente questo alla reception perché oltretutto non avevano cambiato neanche il tappeto del bagno palesemente sporco. Quando siamo arrivati e un altro giorno abbiamo dovuto mettere il lenzuolo da soli: la prima volta perché era messo a mo' di farfalla di benvenuto ma la seconda era piegato sopra il letto. La struttura è nuova ma la posizione anche se a pochi metri dalla spiaggia è in una zona trasandata e vicina al porto quindi il mare pessimo. Dispiace perché il proprietario è una persona gentile e disponibile. Punto a favore il parcheggio privato. Spero la recensione li porti a migliorare perché la struttura ripeto è moderna e nuova

I recently stayed at Relax Inn Hotel and had a really good experience. The staff were polite, helpful, and made check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. It’s a luxury hotel, but it definitely offers good value for money. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere which made it easy to relax. The location was also convenient, close to shops and transport links. The owner go beyond to help u with everything.. Overall, Relax Inn is a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly and hassle-free place to stay. I’d stay here again!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is near the beach and the parking is very convenient. What made this hotel stand out is the amazing buffet breakfast. The chef is truly talented. He served a buffet of different style eggs, sausages, breads, cheeses, vegetables (grilled and raw) and best of all, his own original baked goods. Truly a work of art. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely, stylish hotel. Feels very new and fresh. Modern furniture and fittings. Good breakfast. Not enough hooks in the bathroom. Was difficult to find without wifi/GPS, as it's behind other buildings, away from the road. But it is in a great position, on bus route and walking distance into Durrës Town. Good parking area.

This hotel is located right by the beach, a bit more outside of Durres city center, it is ideal if the purpose of your visit is to be by the beach, not so ideal if you want to go to Durres city center, as you need to take a bus or taxi, as it is a bit of a walk around Durres port. The staff was very welcoming and polite, the room is OK for a short stay and also had a small living room if you travelling with kids or multiple adults (sofa bed), the bathroom needed a bit of a maintenance on the flush, otherwise it was OK as we stayed just for 1 night. The breakfast service is on the top of the building where you can get some nice views, but the breakfast offerings were a bit limited in terms of variety and quality. It was a good value for money and it's ideally for staying close to the beach, not the most ideal to be close to city center
