Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Redco building of New Gudauri Loft 2, this apartment offers easy access to restaurants, spa centers, a pool, and ski rental services. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi available outside the apartment, along with a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. The building is just 50 meters from the Gondola ski lift, providing excellent access to the slopes.
Getting Around:
Although there is no public transportation within Gudauri, we're happy to provide all the necessary information to help you navigate and explore the area with ease.
Other Things to Note:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.
• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.
• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.
• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.
• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.
• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Gudauri. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.
