Functional, No Frills

Very clean, small, functional, though little space for opening two suitcases. We didn’t need services except for check-in, and that went well. Parking is under the building. Lacks signage for parking. We drove around the block, went back into the lobby for directions. Man at small chrck-in area was helpful.

Noise isolation was really bad, I could easily hear people next door speaking, woke up couple of times because of the noices. The pillows were really thin and very uncomfortable. The location was very central, the tram station is in front of the door and the main station is very close. The room was clean but had a weird smell like ashtray. I also think for this price they should be able to put at least a pair of disposable slippers and glass to drink water. In general it was okay but I think for their prices it could be better

Leider ist das Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren schon öfter in B&B Hotels, aber dieses war nur ok. Die Fernbedienung im Zimmer ging nicht, ein paar Lampen im Flur und im Speisesaal waren ebenfalls defekt.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Leider war das Fenster auf der Höhe des Parkdecks, dadurch musste man die Vorhänge die ganze Zeit geschlossen halten, da ansonsten jeder Zeit Menschen rein schauen konnten.

Alles in Allem für 1 Nacht gute Unterkunft, Preis Leistung wirklich gut. Da die Klimaanlage viel zu kalt war bei Ankunft, war das Zimmer auch die restliche Zeit zu kühl, trotz der Ausschaltung, ließ sich nicht höher stellen. Frühstück war lecker .

時間外チェクインに注意。

ビジネス用のホテルです。トラムなどの交通機関もすぐ近くで、移動しやすい場所にあります。しかし、場所的にはデュッセルドルフの駅裏側にあたり、住宅街の中にあるイメージです。交通機関も便利かつ宿泊費も安いうえ寝るだけなら十分ですが、華やかな街並みを楽しみたいなら、駅表側ホテルをお勧めします。それとフロントは24時間対応では無いことに注意。フライトが遅れて深夜到着になってしまい、初日のチェックインには苦労しました。時間外のチェックインは、電話で連絡してフロント対応してくれる人を呼び出す必要がありました。たまたな通りかかったホテルゲストに電話してもらい、何とかチェックインできました。
