Good clean hotel, shared bathrooms but clean. Keypad entry was efficient.very well located close to the train station and Alstatdt.

Fin lokation for at kunne gå til banegården og spise japansk mad. Værelserne over blev renoveret hvilket startede kl 0700 om morgenen. Virkelig træls at blive vækket tidligt når man betaler for at sove.

Personal gibt es nicht vor Ort. Mit dem per Email erhaltenen Link, kam eine „Error-Meldung“. Der dann per Email gesandte Code streikte an der Zimmertüt, die dann fern geöffnet wurde. Kurz: wer frisch geduscht in Unterhose und T-Shirt im eisigen Flur vor seinem Hotelzimmer steht und nicht reinkommt, dem sei das Hostel wärmstens empfohlen!

Camera grande e spaziosa e abbastanza nuova e posizione ottimale per visitare la città. Trovo inadeguato un bagno unico per uomini e donne a servizio di tutto il piano, 10 stanze! Inoltre il prezzo applicato è completamente fuori mercato (€ 250 a notte!)

Shared bathroom, small room, single bed. I could sleep. There is no reception and check-in is automated until 15h. I needed to be outdoors with my luggage until that time. Not comfortable.

It wasn't clear to me this was a hostel when i booked. There was nobody to take a call when I couldn't get in, I was directed to WhatsApp AI. One of the showers didn't work. The bed side lamps where horrible. Location was great and rooms were clean. Luckily no it crowded. I don't think there was enough bathrooms to handle all the bedrooms on that floor

Its just OK.

Location was OK - E25 by Uber from the Messe, the electronic door locks are quite noisy so when other rooms open it can wake you. The area is quite noisy witgh music etc. but was quiet overnight. It is a shared bathroom which for the price surprised me but when you leave booking a room in Dusseldorf to the last minute it is OK! The shower gel in the shower was empty which was a nuisance as I travel very light without it. Picture make it look better than it is, more hostel than hotel I would say which is OK if you pay a small price but I paid a lot as I needed a room at short notice to attend the trade show.

Never again! Description is not transparent. Does not mention it’s a shared bathroom in the corridor. And expedia washed it’s hand and did not help. Shame on Expedia. This is not the way to treat someone who has booked over 40 nights per year for over 10 years. it’s a significant thing to mention, I would have chosen another property. No staff on site. Code at the door only. Like an airBnB but priced like a hotel on Expedia. Cleaning was half done 2 days in a row. No coffee refill and the water bottle is not a new one. Never again. No a/c which was ok that time of the year but would not fly during summer months

Die gebuchte Zimmergröße war halb so groß wie angegeben und das Kingbed bestand aus zwei aneinander geschobenen Betten. Das Foto hat nicht dem zugeteiltem Bild entsprochen, auch nicht beispielhaft. Keine Antwort auf Nachrichten/Beschwerde, davor regelrecht zuspammen über Whatsapp. Für das Geld nicht gerechtfertigt, aber an sich als Unterkunft i.O..
