What a beautiful find. Great location and to top it the Christmas market was right on the doorstep. Although the Christmas market seemed never ending. All staff super friendly, breakfast good quality and plentiful. The decor is very elegant with a chilled atmosphere. The bedroom was comfy and very clean with a good selection of complimentary drinks in the fridge. We will definitely recommend and we will be back.

Great location for walking around Düsseldorf, especially shopping. Less than a couple of hundred feet from the Ko-bogen shopping center, and a 3 minute stroll to Konigsallee high end stores. Room was fine, the included breakfast was awesome, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

No Air Conditioning

Rooms were very hot and humid. AC did not work even that we changed room. Manager was not interested to get the problem fixed that day. We were told that they would try to fix the issue next day. So we ended up not sleeping well in a hotel that was supposed to be good. Not again to this hotel. No compensations even suggested by the hotel..
