Absolutely fabulous

Absolutely fabulous apartment, right in the heart of the city. Cannot fault the room. Utterly brilliant experience from start to check out. Will be using Numa again for more city breaks

for a place to stay, Numa is ok. However pls be warned it is an APARTMENT, not a HOTEL! Sadly this was not part of the place’s description, a realisation only upon arrival. Also, no daily cleaning or garbage removal. The conditions were satisfactory but please come with expectations

The elevator was not working during our 10 days stay and we were assigned a room on the 6th floor. We were informed only the day of check-in only that the elevator was not working. My wife and I are both 63 years old and they knew this well as they asked for copies of our passports in advance and still assigned us on the 6th floor with no offer of help to get our luggages up to the room. Our mobility during our stay was limited and though we chose this hotel for its location, our access to the area was limited due to having to go back up the stairs 6 floors every time we want or need to go out. Also the TV streaming keeps dropping out considering we had to stay in more instead of going out.

Me ha encantado todo con NUMA, pues me permitieron dejar mis maletas antes de la hora del check in, además está localizado en una zona llena de restaurantes, estación del metro y tram. Todo muy especial.

De kamer was zeer proper en heel ruim. Op het eerste gezicht was alles top. Alles aanwezig, koffie, thee, water, zeep,... Maar wij sliepen in kamer 103, 1ste verdieping. De kamers zijn enorm gehorig, wakker om 6u30 van de tram, verkeer, buren,... dat is heel jammer. Mijn broer sliep op 2de verdieping, deze was veel rustiger.

Grundsätzlich war das Hotel ok. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Ausstattung auf normalem Niveau (Matratzen ein wenig hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache). Was man allerdings beachten sollte ist, dass das Hotel über kein Personal verfügt und die Zimmer bis zu 4 Personen aufnehmen kann, was es am Wochenende speziell ideal für Jugendliche macht, die in Düsseldorf feiern wollen. In unserem Fall hatten sich zwei Zimmer zusammen getan, um neben uns direkt eine ordentliche Party zu machen, bevor sie feiern gegangen sind. Der einzige Kontakt zum Hotel ist per Whatsapp - Hotline kein Durchkommen und der Chatbot hat mich nach 15 min endlich an eine Person weitergeleitet. Nach freundlicher, aber zäher Kommunikation wurde zwar die Security verständigt - diese kam aber über einen Zeitraum von 2h nicht und die Party ging munter weiter, bis die Jugendlichen gegen Mitternacht endlich in die Stadt zogen. Sicherlich ist dieses Problem unter der Woche selten bis gar nicht vorhanden - wer aber übers Wochenende mit Familie reist, sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Im Flur zum Hotel fehlten Gehwegplatten, sodass der Weg mit dem Kinderwagen sehr schwierig war. Allgemein könnte es mal ein paar Reparaturen und Auffrischungen gegeben.

Suosittelen,siisti huoneisto. Ihanaa kun oli oma keittiö missä sai tehdä ruokaa ja pesukone tuli myös tarpeeseen joka oli huoneistossa. Kun lataa Numa-app:in niin sieltä saa hyvin tietoa kaikesta ja vastaavat myös hyvin puheluihin jos tulee joku ongelma.

数日前に7階、今回は4階の部屋に宿泊しました。 少し部屋は小さくなりますが、十分な広さでした。 ただ、7階の部屋のキッチンにはオリーブオイルが置いてあったのですが4階にはなかったです。

新しいこともありますが、とても綺麗でした。 出かけるにも地下鉄、バス、トラムの乗り場にも近くとても便利です。 すぐ下に遅くまで開いているスーパーもあるのでそれもよかったです。 アパートメントタイプなので洗濯乾燥機もついていますが、使い方がわからず少し困りましたが、総合的にとてもよかったので、また行く時は利用したいと思います。 ７階の部屋はとても広く景色もよかったです。

Terrible e inaceptable el trato del lugar!!

Para no volver Jamas. Primero lo complejo del check in. Pero lo realmente inaceptable fue que al tercer dia de estancia, llegamos al departamento y la puerta no abria, Primero fue mas de media hr para que nos creyeran que la puerta no funcionaba, hasta nos obligaron a mandar un video. Cuando aceptaron que habia un problema y decidieron que habia que mandar a alguien, tardaron poco mas de 2 hrs en enviarlo y ademas la persona que llego, se nego a arreglar la situación por lo tarde que era, solo nos abrio la puerta. No pudimos entrar al departamento hasta las 12 de la noche y ademas al dia siguiente no pudimos reentrar hasta despues de las 12 del mediodia. Ni una disculpa pidieron!!!
