酒店鄰近機場，房間整潔明亮，房間外風景很好，可看見飛機升降及日落景色，員工服務有禮，早餐也相當豐富，泊車方便，自駕游首選。有機會一定會再來。

I was stayed that hotel more than 10 times it was my favourite destination at düsseldorf however I was dissapointment last two vacation. The front desk personel is too competent if I couldnt insist I couldnt make our check in and we stayed out the door at 11.30pm. Aditional that the new decoration is unfunctional that the big room getting small. Thirdly the cleaning is terrible

War sicher nicht der letzt Auffenthalt
Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotel ist auch Hundefreundlich was die Zimmer betrifft, für Frühstück und Essen allgemein ist man aber auf den Zimmer-Service angewiesen, da es keinen Foodbereich gibt in dem man mit Hund Zutritt hat. Zum Glück hat Düsseldorf aber viele tolle Restaurants, wo gut erzogene Hunde sehr willkommen sind.

Waardeloos
Omdat wij Nederlands zijn, hadden wij ook in Düsseldorf de vertrouwde Van der Valk -kwaliteit verwacht. We reserveerden de duurste kamer ad €450 per nacht, want het verblijf was bedoeld als verjaardagscadeau. Een penthouse met jacuzzi .Van alles was echter kapot. De airco werkte niet, waardoor het bloedheet was. De “technische” dienst was afwezig, en de gastheer was niet in staat dit op te lossen. Verder liep de jacuzzi telkens leeg waardoor wij niet in bad konden. Daarnaast was de luxaflex in een gedeelte van de kamer verwijderd (zie foto) waardoor volop zon binnenkwam om vijf uur s ochtends. Al met al hebben we een flinke kater overgehouden aan dit “verjaardagscadeau”. We vragen ons af of Van der Valk Nederland (waar wij vaste klant zijn) op de hoogte is van deze wantoestanden. Het enige pluspunt was de nette behandeling aan de balie, en een gedeelte van het geld dat wij terugontvingen.
