「We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights.」

「Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time.
Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns).
Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area.
Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.」

「Staff was very helpful (I like tubs in the room) and breakfast was good.
Friendly suggestions:
1. The tub had grab bars. I strongly suggest that those be installed, a vertical bar at entry and a horizontal bar on the long wall.
2. Breakfast had tea, but they were all flavored teas. Imagine if the coffee selection was only pumpkin spice. Folks that just want a regular cup of coffee would be outraged. Same with tea drinkers -- always proved a plain black tea (Twining's English breakfast tea...
