「We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. 」

「There wasn't any explanation to what seemed an odd format or how to use it. There seemed to be a common room with a kitchen but there wasn't information as to if we could use it, yet to get to our suite we needed to walk through it. Our suite had an efficiency kitchen, which made us even more uneasy to visit the common room, as that looked as though it somebody else's since there were some decorations half up, and other things seemed semi-occupied. Our guess was that maybe the owners or...

「Happy to have found this lovely place, which is convenient to Tanglewood, pin-drop quiet, and super comfortable. Next time I will avoid VRBO, though, because of its extortionary fees, and book directly with the inn.」
