「Great!」

「Towels provided are dirty. Water split out in shower tub n made the floor all wet. Noisy environment at night 」

「I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on...

「Super friendly staff, generally spacious, everything is smooth」

「清潔隊尚可，附近住宅區安靜但餐館不多，櫃檯人員較冷漠」

「地點非常好， 不是旅館是像民宿經營，我會每天幫你打掃，房間的使用的材料都補充，不要期待太高。」

「the comforters didn’t look clean..looked dusty」

「Nos encantó el departamento, estaba muy céntrico, el metro nos quedaba a unos metros. Tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar. El precio para las fechas que necesitamos estaba muy bien. Excelente todo.」

「It feels like home, you can bring your own things to cook, the season is not yet here, many restaurants around are not open yet.」

「A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

「The room we had was not that clean but even worse was the roach crawling on the ceiling. We immediately vacated the property and didn’t stay in our room. We abandoned the room and stayed at a different property. Hoping to settle this soon.」
