The location of this place worthsevery cent of your money. It has everything you need. Of course being a family of five with only one bathroom is tricky, but with enough time and logistic everything goes well. The beds are a bit noisy and squeaky and there’s noise from the streets on the weekends.

Très bonne surprise. Logement très propre y compris les draps, les serviettes et couvertures. Salle de bain et toilettes en bon état. Aucun problème avec les équipements mis à disposition, tous fonctionnels. Bon point également pour la literie qui est d'un bon niveau. La description du logement faite sur le site correspond à la réalité. Très bonne localisation pour accéder au metro. Nombreuses possibilités de restauration dans la zone, très proche de Times Square. Le seul point négatif est le bruit. Il y a beaucoup de passage à toute heure dans le couloir. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreille. Il n'est également pas possible de faire le noir complet dans le logement (rideaux). Rien de très pénalisant rapporté au ratio prix/prestation qui est excellent.

Location was excellent. Near major shops like Macy’s, local grocery, eating establishments big and small. Subway and bus were within walking distance getting you around Manhattan. Room was clean and had a small kitchen, which we didn’t really use. We had our own bathroom, which is nice and convenient. All in all room was great. The street noise on Friday was a bit loud, but if you have earplugs or a noise machine it isn’t bad.

Appartement très propre et surtout emplacement exceptionnel, on ne peut vraiment pas rêver mieux pour New York. L’appartement est petit, mais ça fait largement l’affaire pour un séjour en ville. L’hôte est réactif et répond rapidement. Le logement est calme la nuit, ce qui est très appréciable. Petit point à noter toutefois : lors de notre séjour, le chauffage était très chaud. Le service de bagagerie laisse à désirer, car il était payant même pour seulement deux heures afin de laisser nos bagages ; cela aurait pu être compris dans le prix. Globalement, très bonne expérience !

We chose this property based on price. We are a family of 5 and it was much more cost efficient to stay here than a hotel that would accommodate us. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and there were no wash rags, but for the price we made it work! Outside we heard the city (especially Saturday night), but we knew this wasn't luxury when we purchased it....

Studio très bien pour notre famille de 5 avec cuisinette mais sans ventilation. Nous avons un bug avec un des réceptionnistes qui était mêlé (ne trouvait pas notre réservation, nous a remis la mauvaise clé et la mauvaise chambre déjà occupée). Mais dans l’ensemble, la situation de cet endroit est parfait pour les gens qui veulent être dans le cœur de l’action. Même si la chambre est un peu petite nous l’avons appréciée.
