Clean room, plenty of space for three of us. The elevator went down and it was fixed promptly. Our hosts were quick to respond to my messages. I love Korea Town. We would stay again.

Loved the room! Small but perfect for what we needed. With 5 people staying, more hooks for towels and a hand towel would be helpful. Great location! A few blocks from MSG, Empire State Building and more

Superb location and very quiet. We were 5 people and wanted a kitchen so this was it. Kitchen had just basics and less than 500m to a food store. All NYC is expensive and this matched. Enough room for us. The only issue was that the WIFI/internet was really slow

The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. The Subway is 2 blocks away, and you are about a 7-minute walk to Penn Station. The AC was sufficient. The microwave was not working, but there was a second microwave in the apartment stacked on top of the fridge. The beds were just okay; our only real complaint was that the pillows weren't great. It is a good crash pad to explore NYC, especially if you have a family of 5.

We arrived early and couldn't go to our room yet, but surprisingly, they wouldn't let us store our luggage for free; we had to pay. The same thing happened at check-out. I've never experienced anything like this before. The only advantage here is the convenient location, although the room is near the street and quite noisy.
