We absolutely adored staying here, the location was perfect! Hosts were quick responding, very kind and helpful! It had absolutely everything we needed! We would stay here every stay in New York City, hands down!! Loved it! :)

Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk.

The Madison Bella is a cute cozy space with everything you need to be comfortable. The area in NYc is great with lots of great food choices if you choose to eat out. The host is a great communicator, very responsive and prompt. I loved my stay. Would go there again.

This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!

Nice clean room. Easy check in. AC resetting itself to 85 F frequently (temporary override) though out my stay. Mgmt was responsive but did not resolve. Not a hotel so no option of changing rooms. Otherwise 4 stars.

This was an excellent place when visiting New York. The location was convenient. The apartment was clean. My favorite part was having a washer and dryer in the unit. When we visit New York again we will definitely stay here once again.

The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.

The air con was so loud that it was impossible to sleep with it on. Communication on Expedia was terrible - leaving me to chase the host direct for access information which didn’t come until after I landed

We stayed with our two dogs in the luxurious apartment with outdoor space on the UES. It was as advertised, in an ideal location with so much within walking distance like in talking 1 block to restaurants, bodegas, parking. The outdoor space was so well thought out and I honestly felt like I was at a hotel everything was great right down to grown alchemist toiletries and lots of towels. But for me- the hosts made this truly spectacular. They replied within hours. Sometimes minutes! So when we got to the apartment there was no question on how to get inside, the house rules, and the door lock app. Oh also… lovvvved the TV’s they had every app imaginable. Thank you!

The building is nice and the location could be perfect if it were on a higher floor or the apartment were soundproofed better. The main issue now is that the location is on the main manahttan exit from the Queensboro Bridge. Be prepared for strong noise almost all the time, and especially from early in the morning. Bring a sound muffing device if you can.

Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant.

A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.
