“The house was fine. I would never have rented if I had known communication with the property management would be as bad as it was. There was a problem with paying through hotels.com and trying to pay the property management company was a nightmare. I dedicated hours on a Sunday trying to pay. Everytime you call, a new person answers and you are back to square one.”

“This was a great spot for my dog and I! The yard is shared, but we were thankful we had it all to ourselves this week. The bed is comfy and having laundry in unit was perfect for us as we packed light. Chelita is very responsive! Super helpful with our late arrival and she let us cover the the few gaps in the fence ourselves (moved some boards and trash cans so my guy wouldn't get curious outside the yard). Very nice neighbors! Jacksonville was a delightful Christmas destination. We loved……

“This is our third time staying at Beach Cottage II in Atlantic Shores and we love it. We appreciate older beach homes with their ambience and style.The large screened-in porch is perfect for sitting, reading, eating, and just taking in the energy of the neighborhood. You literally just walk across the street to the beach path. The house has all the amenities you need.Marita is an excellent host being responsive and making it easy to check-in to the property. ”

“This place was okay. The positive take aways: the beds were clean and comfy and it is close to the beach. Be aware of a low angled ceiling upon entering, I hit my head a few times.”

“What a wonderful home away from home. Clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the breezy screened in porch in the mornings and lounging in the comfortable living room in the evenings. The Kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of towels, pillows, bedding, toiletries and such. Communication with the host was great. We visit family in this area a couple times a year and will certainly return to this beautiful home again.”
