「It was an amazing location in a beautiful clean house. Our host was wonderful and her neighbors were very friendly. The house was right off the water and it was a nice drive to downtown Boston.」

「We attended a wedding and stayed in this place. The house is big and has 5 bedrooms with multiple beds which serves us well because we were 12 people. The rooms are located upstairs and basement with stairs that can be steep for older people. There were plenty of pillows and towels you can use. Location of the house was very quiet. Jenny Vu was easy to talked to and was very responsive.」

「What can I say? This property is above a hair salon, where I had my hair done before the family wedding I was in town to attend. And it is adjacent to an excellent pastry shop. Rick was very helpful going above and beyond to accommodate my family’s specific needs and even showed up for a small repair during our stay. He is clear and fair about arrangements and the apartment is as you see in the photos. My only suggestion would be to add some night tables in the bedroom.」

「For what it's worth, it's good for the price. Relatively quiet neighborhood and a good amount of space for privacy. It had everything I needed on a budget. - WiFi is provided when you ask. - There's towels. One body and one face towel. And room spray if you need it. - There's a fan to keep you cool, but I only found out on my last day or so. 「The property owners were responsive to a request for our check out time and to an email with a concern I had. The access to food, bars, and groceries were around 10-15 minutes away by car. If I were to go back, I’d take more groceries as the small fridge was just enough for a weekend trip. I would consider the rental again. Just getting tired of the fees that practically double the two night stay. Beach access was perfect - anytime you can hear the ocean, makes for a quality stay.」

「Property is quiet, as described in Quincy. Had some issues upon check-in with power-on in the apartment but the host quickly solved it in a timely fashion. Superintendent was also helpful when we had some issues with the door.」

「This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
