Beach loft

You will definitely will fall in love with this property location. It’s peaceful, great oyster and steamers location right on our beach . Also great for water activities like Fishing , boating , kayaking and paddle boarding and kitesurfing. We are 5 minutes from center town of Duxbury, close to every convenience store and small charming shops . Note . I have other listing in the property so patio and beach area might be shared with other guest , the property is huge and you only interact with others if you wish . Thank you . Cleonice .

Private beach perfection!

The location of this gorgeous beach house is everything. Eagles Nest point feels like its own little peninsula with a perfect view and its own small, rocky beach that was perfect for wading, swimming and exploring. The loft was clean, spacious, and held six people on my trip easily in four beds and a couch. Something that was a speed bump was the kitchen accommodations. One of the owners said they are working on upgrading this (bigger fridge, stove, oven) as soon as they can, just be aware you may have to eat out/ change your meal plan especially with a larger group. An ice cream place 5 minutes or less from the location was a delicious treat! I'd also encourage you to talk to the owners about the ecology and local biosphere, as facilitating new growth and biodiversity is an element of their update to the entire location. I had so much fun and felt very welcomed and was just truly overwhelmed and excited every moment I was there. Looking forward to returning!
