The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out...

「Very disappointing anniversary stay. Parking was advertised as limited, but the alternative parking was also scarce and poorly monitored, with guests taking multiple spaces. Twice we had to park on the street, once paying for parking. We were also not told this was an apartment complex, a significant safety consideration in Memphis. We received only TWO towels for four nights, and every towel smelled sour. After requesting more the night before, we had to rearrange reservations and wait the...

The only thing was it wasnt quite close enough to walk to things but maybe our stay was too brief to be sure. Everything was just a short Uber away so all in all a wonderful stay!」

「The property was actually a Motel 6 that said reservations made in advance did not actually guarantee you a room. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left that did not have a TV and was not the same accommodations that we had booked in advance. Next, we were told that all the hotel key card readers on the room doors were broken, so the only way that we could get in an out of our rooms is by having the hotel staff use a screwdriver to take the doors off the hinges each time...
