“The entire time you are talking a to a BOT. Never a live person. Your host is a virtual person. All your questions and concerns are answered by a BOT. Checking in is very mechanical and unwelcoming. They won't let you know where your is or how to get in the building until 5 minutes before checking time 4:00 PM.
