「The condo was not quite as close to Broadway as we had expected, but it’s still just a short 10-minute walk. It was exactly as described and spacious enough for four adults. Communication before our trip was great—I received prompt replies to all my questions. Although the condo is situated next to a train track, we rarely heard the trains and found the area to be quiet overall. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!」

「The rental couldn't have been better. In town to experience Nashville for the first time, we were able to park and walk to Broadway, Germantown and many other Downtown attractions. The Condo was clean and had helpful operational notes and locational suggestions throughout. Didn't have enough time to test out the pool, but as we were leaving, we checked it out and it looked nice. Would recommend these accommodations to any couple or small group.」
