Great place to stay if you want to be downtown. It’s a short walk to broadway and there are great restaurants close by. Parking is free in a gated lot, which is a huge plus. The condo was clean and very comfortable.

Communication with host excellent. Location exceptional. Venues like Listening Room and 3rd and Lindsley 3 or so blocks away. Broadway shoort 5 block walk or so. Condo really nice and complex too. Would recommend and hope to stay again.

The place was just what we needed for the 2 of us. Close to things and clean. Recommend this unit to anyone looking for somewhere close to Broadway and the parking is a great thing to have.

This VRBO was such a cozy and welcoming space. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, which made the stay feel effortless. Host was very informative and responsive. This condo was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable, and was nicely furnished. We were able to walk to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena. And parking was not an issue. The hosts were wonderful. This place was perfect and we hope to stay here again!!!

Great communication from our hosts. Directions to the property were clear. A great location, near the freeway and downtown. The heat was on when we arrived on this chilly December day, thanks! Parking was easy. Being in a gated community gave us a sense of security. Apartment was cozy and well stock with towels, blankets and condiments. The place was very clean. It is a great stay in Nashville. We would definitely recommend this property!

Very nice property overall. Good location, walking distance to Broadway. Property managers are super responsive, easy parking/check in. Comfy beds, great water pressure, nice kitchen, lovely inside with lots of special extras and thoughtful touches. Only negative was there were heavy footsteps and moving/banging around going on both nights. Not sure what was going on with the people upstairs but they checked out when I did so hopefully that was a one off. You can hear traffic noise somewhat outside but that is to be expected and didn't bother me.

You can tell the property owner takes great care in making sure this is a wonderful experience. The check-in instructions are extremely detailed. There are a lot of little extra touches added to make sure guests have a great stay. Everything is labeled. There is even a ring light and a perfect spot for selfies with a beautiful background. The place was very clean gated parking in an extremely convenient and walkable area was amazing. Overall fantastic experience.

The property was perfect. It was walking distance to Broadway! Actually walking distance to alot of places. We walked to the Ryman for a show. We didn't use the kitchen except for the coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was ideal for our stay. Close to all the attractions and felt good and safe. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. It is an older complex so you can expect some noise from people above but it didn’t affect our stay. There was a slight glitch with payment and a late charge for taxes was made. Otherwise communication with the owners was good and our security deposit was released quickly.

Lovely condo. Had everything we needed. Fabulous host communication. Six-block walk to Broadway from condo was a huge plus. Bit of a hill, but very doable! And free parking, that was huge too! A sweet stay in Nash!

We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and impressively responsive to any questions we had. The condo itself was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities—including convenient parking.The location felt safe and was perfect for exploring the city. Broadway was just a short 10–15 minute walk away, and The Gulch was about 25 minutes on foot. We loved visiting nearby spots in the Gulch like Milk & Honey and Biscuit Love, and getting around was a breeze—Uber rides to most places took less than 10 minutes.Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home base in Nashville. We’d absolutely stay here again.

This place was nice, exactly as advertised and very secure. It is close to broadway but is on a hill so if you are not in good physical shape it may be hard to navigate walking back and forth.
