Downtown in the Gulch

Overall it was a perfect location. Easy walking to local businesses and tourist spots. At check in we had a little hiccup, but it was resolved quickly. Apartment was very clean and smelled very nice. Will definitely be back to this area!

Great location !!

My family and I stayed here in November and it was amazing!! The apartment was very nice and clean and looks just like the pictures. We had some complications with the fab when we got there and the hosts were fantastic at helping us and made the stay so perfect. The location is great, it’s a very short Uber ride to everything and you can also walk just about anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic Place!

The location of this apartment is great! It was very close to Broadway, just a short Uber away. The apartment was beautiful, and in a pretty area. We enjoyed the balcony during what little time we were there. I was stressed about the check-in instructions being so lengthy, but it turned out not to be so bad. The apartment building is very quiet, which was nice for sleeping.

This property is in a perfect location in the Gulch. We went Nashville with our friends who had never been. We were able to walk everywhere including Broadway St. there are so many restaurants and great bars near by. I would 100% recommend this property.

First time in Nashville

Excellent location. Short walk to everything. Very clean and updated unit in a very clean new building. Communication with owner was excellent. This unit is perfect for family with children or two couples. Located near many restaurants right outside the door. Can’t say enough about our visit to Nashville and our excellent accommodations. Would stay here on any future visit and hope to return to Nashville again soon.

Love the Gulch…but…

This property was spacious and great for our family of 3 adults. We loved the view and the balcony! We were a bit disappointed in the VERY long walk down multiple hallways to simply leave the building or return to the apartment! We are an active and fit family and cannot imagine if we had young children or elderly parents with us. The overall space was a bit dated (slow drains, stained grout, broken blinds) but it was clean.

Nashville easy.

Comfortable and clean and convenient to downtown and Broadway area. Very walkable. Access in and out was quite easy after i downloaded a new app. Building is quiet but windows don't block noise from the street. Interior walls are thin so people talking in living room can be easily heard in bedroom. However layout is good, bathrooms are large, beds and furniture are comfy and modern.

Good location...loud neighborhood

Check in was not easy...the app would not work on an iPhone...eventually switched to an Android and was able to use the app to lock/unlock the door. Owner unlocked remotely for us until we could figure it out.Overall the unit was clean...but did need a deep clean (air filter, shower curtain, etc.). Personally did not find the bed/pillows comfortable. We did not prepare meals in the unit...there was not sufficient utensils for just the of us.Nice neighborhood (walkable to most attractions and venues)...however we will not stay here again. The hotel next door has a DJ on weekends...very noisy until well after 2AM....be aware. Also, furniture in listing pictured is not the furniture in our unit. Gave a 4 star rating because the until was in a good location and for the most part met our needs.

Family Birthday Cekebration

The location was perfect! 15 minute safe walk to Broadway. Lots of shops and places to eat around the apartment. We were there as a family celebrating my son’s 21st Birthday and truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well stocked with all the things you need. Connected parking garage was very convenient. A slight walk but if you park on the 5th floor it was easy to unload and load. We brought our folding wagon and roller bags which made it even more convenient based on other reviews but would have been fine without it. The place was clean and tidy overall but could use a deep clean I would agree. Dusty mostly and baseboards could use some cleaning. I am kinda a clean freak though so please take that into consideration-30 years healthcare does that. I world definitely stay there again and reccomend yo friends. We even enjoyed the pool for This was our first time to Nashville and we had so much fun!
