"Overall, our stay was good, it was on the water where my son was fishing and 15 minutes from the landing they had to put in at. Communication was excellent and quick as needed. We got in at 1 am and to our surprise the drive way was very steep and narrow. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue but we had a bass boat on a boat trailer. The 2 bedrooms upstairs only had lamps, the rooms were very dark. There were bugs and leaves on the stairs and floors. There were spiderwebs on the couch, it looked...

"Door Improperly hung, hard to open, sounded like it was lifting the metal threshold Strike plate completely missing Gouges that looked like a crow bar was used to open it Bathroom Reserved believing it was handicap accessible There was a tub, not a walk in shower. No handheld No seat I called the front desk and they offered a different room but we were exhausted and unpacked. They sent down a shower chair. Low water pressure Hot water at sink and tub, but warm from shower head Ice machine was out of order Room Carpet was wet for 2 to 3 days Edge of pillowcases were shredded After being gone the 1st day, our entry cards did not work. m. They had only been activated for 1 night. I had to go to the front desk. I let them know the room and our experience was far from acceptable. We did not request housekeeping after the 1st night, we used the do not disturb sign After the 2nd night we did NOT use it. They brought new towels, made the beds. The pillowcases were still shredded. WE took out the trash."

"Spacious, unique property in a beautiful location about 30 minutes from Knoxville. With large bedrooms and in suite baths in most rooms, two large common areas, two kitchens, and a game room, it was ideal for our large group. Communication with Avant was quick and responsive. For example, when we found the only ping pong ball in the game room was damaged, a friendly local courier arrived quickly to deliver a new pack of balls. He even gave us great tips on nearby local restaurants. Would be a great place to stay when you can hang out on the property, grill and maybe use the pool and hot tub and sauna. The only problem was the property only allows 3 cars to park there even though the grounds have lots of room for more cars."
