「We had a nice family visit. Great views. We had a few issues arise but property maintenance visited quickly and property management company took care of us. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay in this home as two families met up for a long weekend. We were able to explore the area and see lots of great sites and activities. Kids LOVED the pool and the space in general. Our only problem was that a few of the sliding doors wouldn't lock and this made us pretty nervous with the kids we had staying one or two floors away from us. Let the property management company know and they responded immediately, however they weren't fixed while we were there.」

「We had a good time, it was comfortable enough for three people. The beds were clean and good mattresses. My only criticism, is that once we reached the cabin, the hostess was not available. I had the courtesy of letting her know about a few things that needed care, but no answer from her.」

「Easy to get ahold of property management. Plenty of things to do at the property. 45 min from downtown Gatlinburg and 35 min from the outlets. Absolutely loved the property. 」

「First and foremost the water is terrible. It smells and cannot be used for drinking or cooking. Water pressure was not good and showering with that water felt slimy. Next, the hottub was not hot and was completely filthy. Green water in the hottub and brown water as the week progressed. The cabin itself was nice but needs a few updates. Air conditioning upstairs was not cool at all. But downstairs air was too cold. Need bedside tables for phones so they didn’t have to be placed in the floor to...
