“The night clerk was rude, did not even direct us toward our room or tell us anything of where to find ice etc. the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking room. No water pressure in the shower. The blackout shade was too small for the window. Breakfast was pathetic, the only offering were a basket of apples and a waffle maker”
