“We stayed for a weekend and it was just what we needed. It was welcoming and cozy. We slept well and had everything we needed in the tiny home. There was bottled water which was a nice treat upon arriving late. Definitely recommended and have it saved for when I return to TN again!”

“Exactly what we were looking for, Jillian was excellent at communicating and responding to questions and helpful with ideas. The house was accommodating for our group of 4 men on a fishing trip to Lake Norris it was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Wit all lake properties in the area stairs are always an obstacle but the path from the parking area to the porch was a blessing as I’m a disabled Vet but was able to manage without any problems. The stairs to the lower level are a bit……

“Super close to the lake, beautiful property, amazing host. We have children and they baby proofed the house for us which was super sweet and thoughtful. Overall it was an amazing place to stay and we 100% will be booking again! 10/10 recommend!! they also have the best deal around from what we could find online for boat rentals! ”

“There was no mattress cover. There was no paperwork on the place to be had. The owner...who is next door... comes and explains stuff inside. Paperwork should have handled all that because its awkward. I prefer to not be in a small room with a bed with a stranger... not my thing... othwise it was great! Would have given 5 stars but the whole no mattress cover drops it. Creek was great! Cannot use both microwave and toaster oven at the same time.... makes making food a pain.”

“Very beautiful lake house with a sliver of lake to gaze at from the big back deck with plenty of seating. Two nice bedrooms sized bedrooms with a bathroom for each. Great kitchen and plenty of seating in the living room. Good, easy communication with the owner. Would stay there again.”

“Cute little place! Clean for sure, has all that we needed except the pull out sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable. Would be better with an upgraded mattress. The description says fenced back yard, but there not accurate. It was not a big deal for us. We would stay there again if the bed situation was improved. Overall, not bad!”

“We were so pleased with our stay! The location was excellent, and the view was so peaceful and perfect. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoyed supper on the deck overlooking the lake. The best part was having access to a boat rental right on property. We were able to rent a boat without trailering or hauling, and without driving anywhere! This property was conveniently located close to the marina, which made refueling easy. Will definately stay here again, and may……

“This place was nice for a quick weekend lake trip. The proximity to the boat dock was clutch. There were window AC units in the living room and master bedroom which was nice, but the bunk room was pretty hot. However, the host had a bunch of box fans in the unit that made it completely fine. It served our needs perfectly for a weekend spent out on the water. ”
