"It was a really nice place, it smelled clean and everything looked fresh. My only complaint is the TV remote was not working other than that. It was very convenient and quick access to food and main roads. Super convenient!!! Definitely recommended "

"The staff was pretty good. However.... Sliding door to the bathroom was broken, security latch was broken, door was extremely difficult to keep closed as it could easily be pushed open from the outside, the deadbolt didnt secure properly, sheets and bedding were heavily stained, shower curtain rod was being held up by hopes and dreams, dying battery chirp from the smoke detector when I arrived and I went to the office to get another battery to change it out for safety and that battery was also dead. I left the same night I checked in... I did not stay my full stay... I paid $90 for worse than a landlord special (if you know you know) by far one of the worst places I've ever stayed at and I once stayed at a place known locally as "el rocho motel" because of the roach problems and had less to say about that place. Deplorable. Absolutely deplorable. "

"Room itself was clean but certain areas were in need of maintenance and basic cleaning. The coffee pot is located in the bathroom:/ The door on the backside of the building does not require a key card and was not locked when we returned to our room very late that night. Someone could literally walk straight in from that door and go straight up to the floors. The lack of security at that entrance was bothersome to me. "

"What a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. My wife and baby went while there was no water in the lake just to enjoy rural Tennessee and we could not have asked for a better place. We really appreciated how clean it was and felt. There is clearly a lot of thought and detail that goes into this home. Now we want to come back when there is water in the lake!"

"112 has mold in the air conditioner and some random white powder on the hair dryer. The floor was so dirty that after your shower, if you walked on it barefoot, your feet would turn black. Our other room was fine besides the floors. The lady at the desk was rude. There was 5 of us splitting 3 towels and we went and asked for more. She told us to “make sure they were all there” when we left as if we wanted to steal some low quality towels? Girl, bye! I got better towels at home. That is not a way to treat guests. Every time we came into the lobby, she was sitting on her phone in the dining area. "

"The toilet was not fully on the ground and rocked. The toilet seat was not secure. Above the shower there was water dripping down from the second floor. Was worried something might fall down. During the night the toilet kept making noises suggesting the seal was incomplete causing the water to slowly drain out of the tank which caused the toilet to refill. "
