「Had an issue with noise from the kitchen and when I spoke to the woman in the kitchen, she was rude. Girl at the front desk wasn’t much better, said I’ll move you because I don’t want this coming back on me. Property landscaping is terrible and full of weeds. Shower nozzle on both rooms we had need to be cleaned and dipped in CLR. First time staying at a Fairfield Inn and it will also be my last. Holiday Inn next door is much better. 「Staff at check in was really, really not good. There was one guest in front of us and it took nearly half an hour for the lady to check him in—-while we were waiting.
Our turn. She never checked with me on payment type, just assumed the card I reserved with was the one I wanted charged. No. So big fiasco to remove from my card and then charge to my friend’s card. The lady working the desk did not understand our questions, and we couldn’t understand her.
