“new built, beautiful ”

“The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. I would definitely bring my own drinks and snacks while staying here because the vending machine prices were outrageous but over all it was an okay place to stay for a couple nights. The room we……

“We had a clogged toilet and when I spoke to the front desk, the lady gave me a plunger to open it myself. She told me that she would try to find someone if I was unable to get it fixed. The pool is in the parking lot and there is a lot of wasps at in the parking lot.”

“The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times.”

“WOW! This is an incredible place to stay. Not only a beautiful location, but the level of hospitality here is top-tier. They greet you upon arrival and show you to your room. Offer to help with EVERYTHING! It is truly an experience unlike any other resort/hotel I have stayed at. You truly feel cared about and valued. Food is amazing in the Heirloom room, and service is just as amazing. Sitting out on our patio (overlooking the river) and reading was my favorite. Listening to the water was……

“They need to let you know up front before booking that there is a $16 + a night parking fee. That’s is enough to make me look for a different place to stay”

“The location is absolutely amazing! It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed everything about our stay. If you’re expecting a really big breakfast, that is the one thing you will not find. Parking is very pricey in downtown Gatlinburg and staying at this resort allows you to park for free. That alone is worth staying at this resort.”
