“, very pricey for such an old hotel with paper thin walls you could hear everything from the rooms on each side and outside, also the fire department was literally right behind the building so sirens all night long were not pleasant”

“Very nice staff with spacious rooms. Cleaning staff was excellent. Breakfast room was very small and cramped when trying to get food and coffee. Food selections weren't great and the coffee imo was not drinkable but tastes vary. Overall a pleasant stay with wonderful balcony views and sounds.”

“It’s a great historic hotel. Brings you back to the days when times were simpler. Bathroom was updated and beds comfortable. Room was clean as well as the common areas. Breakfast was typical hotel continental and decent. Great location since it’s right in the middle of the parkway strip. Request a balcony in front of the hotel for street view if occasional noise from the street doesn’t bother you. Will definitely book here again.”

“Everything was wonderful. We literally had a sound proof room. And the blinds completely darkened the room. The pool was great. The breakfast at the restaurant had amazing food and view of Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and organized. The hotel wasn't full of kids. Plenty of parking. Definitely a prime location close to everything. This was the first time for my wife. We were on our 3rd anniversary of our first date.”

“酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！”
