It’s located in a great location on the parkway. The staff was friendly. The hotel rooms have been renovated but the property has not changed. The pool was closed as well as public restrooms. The hotel stopped breakfast service but has coffee in the office until 11am. It’s okay for the price just don’t expect more than a decent room near most of the restaurants and attractions.

The views that you can enjoy were really nice. My bed was nice and soft, but firm enough to be comfortable. Being located right next to the convention center and downtown makes for an amazing location... I wish I could give it a 10/10 but the pool was closed, no breakfast and I had to park a 10 minute walk away on my second night due to limited parking. That being said, I will give it a 9/10 because I still scored an amazing price even during Pigeon Forge fall rod runs! Looking forward to staying again VERY SOON due to the fact EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND MOSTLY CONVENIENT!
