「Just stayed the night, in late afternoon, left early in the morning. Awesome place, our room was in the second floor and I looked the river. We walked to dinner at Chesapeake, then walked up to Starbucks in the morning for coffee. Most ships were not open but, we were on a schedule and had to run. Would definitely stay again 」

「I really appreciated that when we arrived from Ohio at 4 in the morning someone was avaliable to check us in and the young lady was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!!」

「Enjoyed the hotel very much, property was clean and seemed safe. Room was clean, they cleaned it every day that we were there. Breakfast was the usual fare, everything was great. First time in Gatlinburg, a bit surprised that all the hotels charge a parking fee. Guess it’s the new norm. Still cheaper than a lot of other places that wanted $20+ (even the churches charge for parking in their lot!)」

「Location is perfect if you like being in the center of the action. Room was clean and everything in the room worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Nice view from the room. Staff was very friendly and super helpful! Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was good, with hot eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, cereal, waffles every day. Some great restaurants right nearby. Only negatives I can think of were that the ice machine on our floor didn't work. The area by the pool is a bit run down. Other...
