「Bathroom floor super slick when wet. Shower water ran out of the shower all over the floor. We used a lot of towels. Everything else was great!」

「The staff was amazing. The rooms we're pretty modern and clean. AC's work very good. Was there for about a week and stayed in two different rooms and everything was the same and both rooms. Will definitely be back again」

「The room we stayed in was a little outdated but we liked that. The room was so huge and was very inexpensive. The walking distance to shopping and dinning was very little and was in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was way above your traditional other hotels. We will definitely be reserving another room again.」

「Lovely stay! Fireplace in room, great shower, comfy beds & beautiful view from balcony- saw black bears along river bank! Only negative- saw assh*les took up 2 parking spaces w/ their trucks. We came back from dinner & were told to park down the street & walk back to the hotel. We paid for parking! Why weren’t the truck owners told to move?」
