“酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！”

“The desk staff was awesome. Some minor outdoor issues with older broken down chairs that need removed or replaced. The location was great. Close to town but still out of the hustle and bustle. The calming creek area was fabulous and enjoyed by us each day. Would definitely return there to stay”

“Walkable to Anakeesta so you avoid the $20 parking. I went to Anakeesta when it opened to do the mountain coasters and zipline. Then down the mountain for a break at the inn in the afternoon. Back to Anakeesta for the Astra Lumina in the evening. The room was clean. The balcony with the creek below was great.”

“Clean and maintained well. Pool was small but the slide was nice. Breakfast was minimal and insufficient seating. Breakfast needed more staff to assist to keep up with volume of guests.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“This cabin is great for large families! Plenty of room to sleep!! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and very quiet and serene. Only problem we had was it smelled like smoke but we got some air freshener and it helped. Hot tub was good with the tv available. Host was very responsive.”

“Our stay was disappointing from the start. On the first night, there was a lot of noise both outside and from the room above us, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, our room was located very close to the check-in office, which meant there was constant foot traffic and additional noise. We were also disappointed that the room did not match the photos we saw on Expedia. It looked much different than what was advertised, which made the experience feel misleading. We……
