We booked this hotel because it got good reviews and it was very reasonably priced. The hotel is old but has some updates in the room. Our room was clean. The mattress might need to be replaced soon. You could tell it was starting to get worn out. We stayed 2 days. The staff were nice. Easy check in and check out. We would stay here again.

Trash was empty in the parking lot, pool looked good (we didn't swim) and allowed us to do our thing. Very friendly staff both when checking in and out. Stayed for 5 days and everything was great. We asked for our not to be cleaned and they left it. There were staff walking around here and there which I thought was a great way to keep things clean and up to par. All the nice you could use, even my new water cup that is tall fit under the ice machine. We came and went at all times of the day and felt safe doing so. We will stay here again when we return! Location was perfect to catch the troll into town if you liked but also out of the way so you could still park when you got back late.

We stayed for 3 nights and was very pleased with the spacious sized rooms. The staff was amazing and check in and out was quick and easy. Located within 10 minutes to Dollywood, we walked to Dolly Stampede (is 2 doors down from the i n). Numerous restaurants and shopping. Rooms need a bit of an updating but we were in the room long enough to shower and sleep. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again
