We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a great location with beautiful views of the river. It is within walking distance to the Island as well as lots of shops. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious enough for my family of 5. I look forward to booking again!

I loved this site for it's location. We were in the best spot close to everything. And, the patio looking out on the river was a bonus. The unit was super nice and plenty of room for us. I am very thankful to our host for making our family trip relaxing and stress free!

The condo was centrally located for where we going. The 2 bedrooms suited us just fine and stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The view from the patio was amazing and walk way to the Island was very convenient. If we ever get to come back we would stay here again and would recommend.

We had a couple of very minor issues but owner responded immediately and was very customer focused. Nice condo over looking the river/ creek and within walking distance to many eateries/shops, etc.

What a nice place. My fav part might be the location, between the parkway and the back road with red lights both places. Easy in and out. Not a huge place so parking was great. The condo had everything you could want plus more. Check-in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. We could walk to the LeConte Conference Center located just a half block away. We could catch the trolley to visit The Island at the back of the conference center parking lot or walk down the greenway to The Island. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings to eat a meal.

This condo is in a great location. The private balcony provides a great view to a beautiful creek. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I would definitely consider using this company again in the future.

Right off the strip, great location. Elevator went down during stay, but was repaired within a couple hours. Condo was clean. Small coffee pot (requires small filters) and Keurig available.

Perfect location!

This property is in the perfect location for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg activities. If you are looking to visit Dollywood, the Island, or any other major attractions, you won't be disappointed. Forgot something essential? Walgreen's is just a walk across the parking lot. Being located on the Little Pigeon River made our evenings relaxing.

This place was nicely kept and the owner was easy to communicate with. The condo was centrally located to all the places we want to see while staying there. You can hope on the Trolley just over the bridge and use the transit system to get you anywhere. Also just over the bridge you can enter the River Walk and walk to the Island in 15 - 20 min. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome condo, literally across from the LeConte Center. Couldn't ask for a better location! Walking distance to the Island, love parking the car and not getting back in until its time to leave!

Beautiful River View!

The condo was situated in a great walkable location to many restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed the beautiful covered patio overlooking the river as we watched the ducks, geese and herons. Chris made the checkin and checkout a breeze and was quick to answer any questions we had. Appreciated his kindness.
