「For an unexpected last minute change of our hotel accommodations, we were so very satisfied with Bay Mountain Inn. We didn't know anything about this hotel so didn't really know what to expect. From the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out, we were extremely satisfied. The front desk associates were so friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were very clean and completely met our needs. The continental breakfast was the basic easy and light food. ...

「Very pleased with our 2 night stay at the BearSkin Lodge in downtown Gatlinburg. We upgraded to a room with a balcony and water view. It's nice and quiet there, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The lodge desk workers were friendly and helpful. The lodge is located near the end of downtown Gatlinburg which was also nice with fewer people roaming around. Nice place to stay!」

「As always, I did so much research with stays in the area. Great place to stay for visiting the national park and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but not in the center of crowds and noise. Amazing value and I would highly recommend. Decor and pictures of history of AT made it extra special.」

「We were very pleased with this property. The location and parking were the best features. I have never been to Gatlinburg and my husband and I wanted to see the fall colors. We were literally across the street from Anakeesta. It is an older property and there were a few qwerks such as a flickering bathroom light, no towel rack and a bathroom door that they used a trash can to prop open. Didn’t have time to address the light and we just but it was a clean room and had everything we needed. We did...
