「We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! 「When I first arrived I was very disappointed in the hotel room I received. After messaging the hotel they fixed the problem I had, immediately. I had a great stay. I also got to see a bear 30 seconds from the property which was amazing. I’ve been to gatlinburg several times and that was my first time seeing a bear. 」

「A little off the main strip but an amazing hotel for the money! Right on the trolley line also. Rooms are quiet, beds are comfy, showers are hot, but AC wasn’t the best. The pool was under renovation but looks super nice. Staff was friendly. I would come again! Even saw some bears! I’d definitely stay here again 」

「The hotel was nice and located perfectly to the convention center. Only complaint I have is the parking lot is very small and we had to park in a parking lot away from the hotel. I didn’t like that since it was just me and my daughter and the parking lot was not well lit. 」

「This property ( Brentleys Honeymoon Cabins) was an absolute joy to stay in. It was in a fantastic area, that was central to great shopping, hiking, and downtown Gatlinburg. My only complaint would be that the sub-floor under the toilet was very soft like there had been a leak that wasnt properly repaired (as a builder that stuff bothers me) so the toilet leaned to the left when you're sitting on it.
