“We had a great stay overall! This was our second year staying at Deer Ridge Resort, and we ended up getting the exact same condo both times. The mountain view right from the deck is absolutely amazing. We traveled by car with 2 adults and 4 kids to enjoy the fall foliage. During our trip, we spent time at the clubhouse, took in the breathtaking scenery, and saw lots of active wildlife around—including elk, turkeys, geese, and even a bear on our drive down the mountain! We also plan to stop by……

“Property was good for the nightly rate on Halloween weekend. Convenient to restaurants to walk to. Room was clean but outdated, could really use a renovation. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults. Beds were advertised as queen's but were most likely full. Beds were crowded for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Microwave and refrigerator were a good plus. No bugs were observed during our stay.
Doors open directly to the sidewalk and parking lot. There was a 2nd floor exterior……

“As always, I did so much research with stays in the area. Great place to stay for visiting the national park and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg but not in the center of crowds and noise. Amazing value and I would highly recommend. Decor and pictures of history of AT made it extra special.”
