They put us in an adjoining room with no locks to secure. It was clean and no bugs. There were no amenities. It definitely is in need of a renovation....but inside the room was clean. It also seemed to be safe.

The guy at the front desk was nice. The location was awesome location and the room was clean. There were no amenities. But that was fine given the price. The toilet would not flush. The bed was kinda hard and not very comfortable. But if you want a great location at a budget go for it.

This hotel was a last-minute booking ,and I couldn't have been more grateful! Admittedly, this isn't a hotel I would have ordinarily considered because I don't like being in the hub of things. The property is a older, which might give some travelers pause, but don't let that fool you. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and it was wonderfully quiet. I was also able to park directly in front of my room, which was very convenient. What really stood out was the staff. Absolutely top shelf! They were wonderful, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. What started as a stressful, last-minute change of plans turned into a very pleasant stay. I honestly can't think of anything they could have done to make it better. I will definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Sometimes the places you least expect turn out to be exactly what you need!

This is a family owned/operated motel. No affiliation whatsoever, so if there's a problem it's their's and they own up to it and get it taken care of. No calls to corporate, just take care of guests needs. I've stayed here a half dozen times over the past couple of years and it's a pleasant experience every time. It's on the quieter end of the parkway, so less congestion/traffic. Convenient to good food, but out of the crowds surrounding the Island area.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places, and for $70 a night, I haven’t stayed at a better place. It’s not a 4 star by any means, but it was clean, my room was updated with a nice also clean bathroom. Great location. Safe Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
