“Property was good for the nightly rate on Halloween weekend. Convenient to restaurants to walk to. Room was clean but outdated, could really use a renovation. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults. Beds were advertised as queen's but were most likely full. Beds were crowded for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Microwave and refrigerator were a good plus. No bugs were observed during our stay.
Doors open directly to the sidewalk and parking lot. There was a 2nd floor exterior……

“I’ve been coming to this hotel for years, and it’s always one of my favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg! This trip was extra special because I brought my 85-year-old dad, and it was his first time staying here. We both loved it! The location is perfect, right in downtown Gatlinburg, and the front porch is one of my favorite things about this hotel. Dad especially loved sitting in the rocking chairs by the fire, just relaxing and watching everything going on. There’s also a cozy fireplace……
