“It’s a family friendly hotel. Good location. Mini golf next door is fun. The pools are nice. The room was clean but the shower had a lot of mold. Overall pretty good spot to stay. Breakfast had a few options but basic. The coffee was a 2 out of 5 at best.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.”

On the night of my arrival, I asked a question to the person at the front desk, and the response I received was unfriendly and quite rude, which created a poor first impression. When I entered my room, I was greeted by a strong smell of mold and dampness that made the stay uncomfortable. However, it was already late at night, and after a long trip, we had no choice but to stay and get some rest. We remained in that……

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”
