「When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A...

「great location. The only bad thing was the pool was out of order for some reason. We could use the pool at the sister hotel across the street though」

「Great location and very convenient to the Gatlinburg strip. Rooms are clean and comfortable Porch light on balcony stayed on and unable to turn off. Light bleed into room interrupted sleep. No breakfast included which would be nice. 」

「Stay was good, but hate, HATE the parking lot. Our building was at top right of property. We had to go up a blind hill and there was never any parking close to the building. Bed was comfortable but very tall. Hotel is older and has a musty smell to it. I loved the balcony and ease of riding the elevator down to the ball room. The staff was super friendly and I loved the drop and go for the keys. Would stay again for event or pageant, but not for just a weekend stay. 」

「Perfect location, everything is in walking distance. Amazing breakfast every morning. Towels provided for the pool. If I give a perfect review then it won’t seem real so the only downfall was the blow dryer and microwave didn’t work in our room but we could do without. My kids loved the pool and none of us wanted to leave! 」
