"I pretty much got what I paid for...a $50 room. While there needs to be updates done, they need to take time in doing the same. For example, stop painting over things. Take time and sand them down. The bathroom door was a struggle to shut due to layers of paint, the corners of the bathroom walls could use a bit more attention in cleaning, the headboards could use more attention in cleaning, there was a pop bottle top on the floor and some areas you could tell need more attention when vacuuming. The outlet by the sink didn't work, the wall outlet was not screwed in, outlet in the lamp was very loose. This hotel was located approximately 5 miles from the Island, downtown Pigeon Forge which was great. The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. Typical waffles, eggs were super watery and did not look appealing at all, only offered bread to be toasted ~ no fruit, bagels or pastries. Let's just say ALL the photos that I viewed when booking this hotel DO NOT match up to what I seen when I arrived. Very misleading."

"While the one bunk bed was on the floor the kid's loved having them. Calling it an indoor "water park" was a bit of a stretch but the kids enjoyed their time. Only thing i would change is the slides outdoor opened later with the pool and lazy river."

"We arrived at the Staylah Luxe Barndominium and were completely flabbergasted at the beautiful decor inside and out. Stayed four days with our older kids and grandkids and no one was ever bored. The kids went fishing right outside on the deck in the pond, played basketball, mini golf, pickleball, bowling, video games, pool, swam… all in such beautiful surroundings! We also were able to fix meals in a well-stocked kitchen. We’ll be back!"
