「Clean and spacious room with tub and balcony. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Pool area was great and very clean, also had a fire pit area which was lovely for the evenings. Breakfast had a great selection and was continuously stocked. Wonderful experience, didn't want to leave.」

「We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

「If you are looking for a clean, well maintained, friendly staff hotel than this is the place. The pool area is clean and has several shady spots for just relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious with a full kitchen set up. The staff is friendly and also keeps the store snacks stocked for purchase. Their is free coffee and cold water in the lobby that is kept full. The parking is free and convenient and very easy to get to the main parkway.」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

「This was our 2nd time staying here. Nice and clean property, good selection on breakfast choices. The room could have been cleaner this time around, but overall good. The main disappointment was the timing of our trip (Memorial Day week). A lot of baseball families stay there due to the Cal Ripkin Experience being on the hill right above the hotel. When they weren't at the baseball fields they were at hotel swimming pool so it was overrun with tons of kids and adults. Also, they would...
