「When first checking in the staff was amazing. He even took time to chat with us about our hometown and what we planned to do while there. He explained our room and the breakfast offered. The room was clean. The view was amazing both from the balcony and right out the front door. I was surprised to see that we were just a couple blocks from all the happening stuff yet it was so quite and peaceful at the hotel. The price for what we got was the best I could find. We will definitely be using this...

「We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin. It was beautiful, very clean and peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciate the staff at the resort that made the trip so pleasant.」

「The property was very clean and had everything for our comfort. The o ly thing i didn't like was the food options. It was almost the same thing everyday. Loved that breakfast and a dinner called kickback was included but the menu options left alot to be desired. Staff was friendly and location was close to everything. We also had daily housekeeping wich was a nice. I would definitely visit again.」

「First of its in the middle of the town by pigeon Forge, you can go to rides, coasters, eats all within the hour Second we went in summer, they have excellent outdoor pool and a lazy river, plus an indoor pool with hot tubs The cleaning staff were prompt every day The front desk were courteous The room we opted had kitchenette, two lovely beds and a sofa The best part is the balcony you can sit out in the evening and enjoy the sunset Definitely worth it」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell. I did go back to the front desk to request for the maid to clean our room the areas that where not cleaned out from what I believe was from them rushing to be out so we can check in. I waited about 45mins and no maid came. I took...

「5 Star in ignoring their visitors, your needs are only based on how they want it to be. Sent my son to get some towels, he was turned around because we were schedules for a room clean already just wait. We left for the day came back that night no towels, room still looked the same. Customer needs are not urgent they feel like it is.」

「The staff was very helpful and nice. My room was very clean including the top of the refrigerator which is usually dusty in most places. My only complaint is that they stop serving breakfast before 10 am which is not the norm for most places in other cities.」
