「Staff was very helpful and friendly. Answered all questions and gave the best advice on things to do, including how to navigate the transit system for the best and easiest experience. The property was beautiful and I have recommended the property to all of my family and friends!」

「Loved this place! Super clean and very friendly staff and I loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7! I’ll definitely be back and I recommended anyone visiting the Smokies come here」

「Great place to stay !」

「Everything about this stay was great. Room was clean, the staff was nice and attentive, the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.」

「GREAT place for a reasonable price. Amazing pool, very good breakfast. Will be my go-to choice for Pigeon Forge from now on.」

「Very good.」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「Pay to eat breakfast」

「The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. The room was however covered in mold and as a result we became sick, so sick we were unable to even move to another room. I really hope they took care of the issue as they said they would.」

「Maid just talked on her phone whole time we were in the hall and when we got back to room that night they didn't even clean the room. Had to call front desk for clean towels. Also need a shade over the window. The light from outside kept the room too lit up to sleep.」

「Stayed here a few times. It's convenient to everything, staff was great」

「The bathtubs were very dirty and stained. The floors were also not very clean. Property needs updates. Close to roads with lots of car noise. Don’t go on car show weekends.」

「Excellent stay, well maintained property'」

「The property needs work on their sidewalks outside. The parking lot was very dark especially having to park on the side of the building. The lots did not have lighting most nights. The property was not very handicapped friendly .」
