We have stayed here several times and enjoyed our stay. It is clean, you don’t hear too much outside traffic noise, beds are comfortable, just all around enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to Gatlinburg and the GSMNP, as the hotel is located at the eastern edge of town. The property is dated and not perfectly maintained but, for the rate, is an excellent value. The room was clean and the staff friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again.

If you're looking for luxury this is not it but if you want clean confortable accomodations at a reasonable price this fits the bill. Maybe not 5 star for you but was for me.

The room was OK, it had a funky smell to it, but I mean that’s not what I expect at a motel, there was a bug crawling around the bathroom, which was nasty, the pants on the walls was peeing and the your remote was dusty.

They are true about the pets. If they bark much, they will call you. Which was fine with us. They are real friendly. Very convenient for places around them. I would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed this property but I would recommend more lighting or lamps in the room. It was dark after sundown in the rooms.

It's an older hotel but for the price it was ok with me. I couldn't distinguish the smell but it was tolerable. It was pet friendly, no bugs & close to Gatlinburg. I'd stay again for the price. I did have to move a cig stand away from my door. There should be a designated smoking spot.

Tv frizzing bad, water doesn’t go down well amusement center next doo somehow louder than last time, tried to get adjoining rooms but when we called hotel told us to call Expedia and Expedia said it was down for that, once here we were told Expedia doesn’t know what they’re doing. Still last year everything was good I think it’s just this room. Still convenient and decent nice staff friendly. Would try it again
