"We only stayed for two night but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and provided family friendly activities each night. It's far enough from Gatlinburg and toward the end of Pigeon Forge that it isn't too crowded but is close to everything you could want to do. "

"Can’t give a good review since I was unable to check in after a 13hr drive. Only thing is they didn’t call me in advance to let me know they couldn’t check people in after the outage went out. Now I will be waiting for my deposit. Good thing I didn’t add on all the add ons they email before checking in. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool! It was upsetting to see the pool maintenance man adding chemicals to the pool while everyone was still in the pool, an hour before the pool closed. I feel this is a very unsafe practice. "

"The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. There was a second sink outside the bathroom which was nice. The fire place was a great addition as well as the balcony over looking the creek. Great continental breakfast. Would stay again next trip. "
