“This place was better than expected. The balcony with the Riverview and the location to get you anywhere in 15 minutes really sold me. They also had a laundry room on site whoch we relly needed after 12 days on the road. Front desk also had quarters for the machines. They also have a pool and breakfast, though we never made it to either. I would totally stay here again”

“We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Our stay here was very nice for our five days stay. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, I have back problems and it didn’t hurt my back. I wasn’t feeling well prior to the day we checked in and I became worse the day after we arrived. The room was quiet enough for me to get the rest I needed. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was great. Our housekeeper daily checked and restocked our needs. The property was very nice and the outdoor/indoor pools with a hot tub……
