「Amazing staff, rooms and view! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Our room was very clean, the pool is great and so is the breakfast. We enjoyed being close to everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer but also enjoyed being tucked away from the craziness! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future!」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Lovely pool area open 24/7 unless weather is bad. Grounds decorated beautifully. Coupons saved us money especially for breakfast. Location is great 5 minute walk to The Island faster than driving and trying to park. We will definitely stay there again. 」
