“The only thing that I didn’t like was that you have to take different elevators depending on what side of the hotel you were in. That felt like an inconvenience but the staff was wonderful and the sweet touches of cookies and popcorn available in the evening was very nice. Also it’s very close to many other fun destinations. However, I would recommend that the staff explain the trolley system better to travelers. My friend and I were told to take the trolley from the hotel thinking it was a one……

“I am very nit picky when it comes to the property. This hotel was very well taken care of. There was someone going around touching up paint before we checked in. It was very clean, smelled clean, and nothing was out of place in the common areas. The pools were well maintained, parking was easy and free, and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would have wanted better was the curtains didn’t do much to keep the bright “island” lights out of the room. But other than that, it was fantastic. The……

“Don't pass this up. May be an older lodging but we loved it. We are already to return to Pigeon Forge and stay at the Willow Brook Lodge. The first thing to meet you was all the fall decor. I was in fall heaven. All around the property you saw fall decor. We didn't have any children with us but if I had any this place was great. Indoor and outdoor pool with a slide. Kids were always in the pool all hours. Breakfast area was a cheerful place to eat breakfast. The lady working the dinning……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”
