The staff were all very nice. Great location. Room was very clean, as were all of the hotel grounds and amenities including the indoor pool area. Great attention to detail with towels on pool loungers, etc. and decorated nicely for Christmas! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Room was great, very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I ended up on second floor since hotel was full so view was not great but overall it was a great place to stay and would love to stay there again.

Sure! Here’s a review based on your experience: We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Pigeon Forge! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the property itself was well-maintained. It’s in a perfect location- close to all the attractions but still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!
